Duorit Respules (500 mcg) contain a combination of Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide, used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes the airway muscles, while Ipratropium Bromide reduces mucus production and further opens the airways. Together, they make breathing easier by improving airflow to the lungs. These respules are used with a nebulizer for inhalation therapy and are especially helpful during episodes of breathing difficulty.

It is used for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (a lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked). It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages and making it easier to breathe. It relieves coughing, wheezing and feeling short of breath.
